We live across from our county fairgrounds, and unfortunately, people drop animals there regularly. Last fall a mother with 3 kittens was dropped off. We
managed to capture two of the kittens and found a home for one of them. We found a kitten rescue nearby to take the second one. I recieved word tonight that
she has found an excellent home with 3 big dogs and two other cats that she takes turns terrorizing! They named her after the lake near our home, an indian
name that fits her perfectly. It was so nice of the lady that runs the rescue to let us know that this little gal has a permanent home!
We still see the mother now and then, but haven't been able to get close to her. There is no sign of the third kitten.
