We do have image size restrictions. The rules for these must be enforced on everyone, no exceptions.

FF&F is set to resize your images no wider than 450 pixels wide and handle no more than 5 images in each topic. It's not because we truly want to, but it's because there are many members who do not have access to broadband width, or cable in their areas. They may have powerful computers and fast modems; however, their areas only may offer dial up service and on top of that, some states have out-dated phone lines running in rural areas. Other members have smaller, slower, and/or older computers. The more images, the longer download time for the out-dated phone line/older computer handicapped member. This is why we must have these restrictions on image width.

How to post images:

Your gallery is where you can store your images. Each account gets one gallery which is divided into albums.
You start off with one default album, which is your Avatars album. You can create as many new albums as you like.

You can set the permissions on your albums for who can view it (no-one/friends only/everyone). We recommend setting permissions for no-one.

You can also assign your albums to certain profiles. (This means that if those albums are public, they will show up on the public gallery of that profile; hence, why we recommend keeping your albums private.)

You can use your albums to keep your images organized. Each album can be set up to be either public or private. (Public albums will appear in the gallery in your profile; hence, why we recommend keeping your albums private. All albums will be available to you to use in your posts.)

There is one default album that is created for you when you register a Yuku account. This is your Avatar Album. You can edit it either via the My Images page or when you edit your profile.

To create an album:

1. Click the Images link in the Menu Bar at the top or bottom of the screen.
2. On the My Images page, click the Create New Album button.
3. Enter the album name in the "Album Name' text box.
4. Enter a description of the album in the 'Album Description" text box.
