Resident pets can be diligently protective of their territory when a newcomer is brought into the home, especially if there are alpha pets, or any are trying to establish an alpha status. It's not always a smooth introduction because you can put two or more pets together, but you can't make them like each other. There's no fast solution. They have to do it in their own time.

I would re-introduce them. The best thing to do is to keep Kali out of sight for a while so Squeaks can get used to Kali's scent before you bring them face to face. Keep Kali in another room or in her crate. Let Squeaks sniff around the door or around the crate for a few days.

When it's time to reintroduce them, keep Kali on a leash and let Squeaks come to the Kali. Don't let Kali pounce on Squeaks. Squeaks may want to hide for a while and that's okay, too. Soon they will get used to each other and become friends.

To protect Kali, make sure you clip the cats' nails. Give plenty of attention to both cats during the adjustment period.

Introduction has to be gradual and supervised and can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to much longer.

Installing the cat door is an excellent addition! As long as the cats have a safe haven from Kali, they will be fine. You're right - it will take some time for a totally harmonious living arrangement with the three. Friendships in both humans and animals take time to build and grow; remember, that they may have disagreements, too. That's all part of socialization and family life.
